Responsibilities

John is active in the evaluation and due diligence phase of the buyout and recapitalization process. He is directly involved in the identification, qualification, analysis, and closing of both initial company investments and follow-on acquisitions for certain of NEP's platform investments. John also serves as a resource for NEP portfolio company management teams for strategic planning, business growth, and corporate governance as a board member.

Experience

John joined NEP in 1998, bringing more than 20 years of CEO experience at a variety of companies. In addition, his experience includes international business, mergers and acquisitions, company operations, and financing. John recently served as Chairman at CVI Melles Griot, and he currently serves as Chairman at Longwood Industries.
