Responsibilities

As an analyst at NEP, Punil works with management teams on buyout, recapitalization, and growth financing transactions across a variety of industries. He also spends a substantial amount of time assessing potential investment opportunities, performing company valuations, and supporting the day-to-day activities in the transaction process.

Experience

Punil joined NEP in 2009 after working for Credit Suisse in their Investment Banking Division. While at Credit Suisse, Punil was a member of the Global Industrial & Services Group where he worked on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, public equity and debt financings, and private placements.
