Desirae has responsibility for developing and leading our compliance, regulatory and risk management processes and is a member of our DEI Steering Team. Prior to NEP, Desirae held risk, compliance, and audit roles at Synchrony Financial, Bank of America, Lowes, and Deloitte and Touche. Earlier in her career, Desirae served as captain in a finance officer position in the United States Air Force.
