Norwest Equity Partners Sells Amcom Software to USA Mobility

Minneapolis, Minnesota – Norwest Equity Partners (“NEP”), a leading middle market equity investment firm, announced today that it has sold its portfolio company, Amcom Software, Inc. (“Amcom”), a premier provider of mission-critical communication solutions, to USA Mobility, Inc. (Nasdaq: USMO), a leading provider of wireless messaging and communications services.
