Amanda (Kulesa) Julian
Amanda works with NEP as an operating advisor and serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity Steering Team. She is an industrial psychologist and senior partner of Somerville Partners in Denver, which specializes in management and organizational psychology. With over 20 years’ experience working with investors, CEOs and top-level senior executives, her specialty is assisting investors, founders, and leadership teams in building great companies. She has consulted with global 500 organizations, private equity groups, professional service firms, and healthcare organizations. Amanda provides investors and management teams with an understanding of how to maximize leadership effectiveness and build value creation through long term strategic planning. Specifically, she specializes in applied research to assist executives in executive selection, executive development, organizational assessment, and strategic planning.
Amanda also serves on the Board of Directors of Northwest Pipe (NWPX), a publicly traded water transmission pipe company, and is the chair of the company’s ESG committee, providing oversight of the company’s environmental, health, diversity and safety policies.
