Nicole leads the firm’s portfolio advisory team and oversees internal firm organizational operations functions. She also provides advisory support in organization design to build capabilities and teams needed to successfully scale growing companies. Nicole provides significant consulting and human resources leadership experience, including serving as co-founder of River Rock Partners, a management consulting firm, and serving as head of human resources at CNS (Breathe Right®).
