With expertise ranging from majority and minority positions, buyouts, recaps, growth financings, and ESOPs, we provide efficient tax structures, ready access to capital for add-on acquisitions, and junior capital solutions through Norwest Mezzanine Partners (NMP). We also evaluate add-on investments for existing portfolio companies.
