We are pleased to announce the expansion of our leadership group with the naming of Tony Armand to Partner and the addition of Sandi Kim-Suk as Chief Financial Officer.
Tony has over 20 years of experience as CEO of several high growth consumer products companies. Since 2018, Tony served as an Operating Partner for our firm focused on developing consumer, sporting goods, and outdoor product investment opportunities and played an active role in strategic planning, business growth, and corporate governance for our portfolio companies. Tony’s relationship with our firm has been built over several years through former portfolio involvement, including serving as CEO of Shock Doctor Sports and as a board member for Momentum Group during our ownership.
Sandi is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience in banking and private equity. Her career reflects a demonstrated track record of helping businesses grow in an increasingly complex environment. Most recently, she was at L Catterton where she had roles as CFO & CAO and CFO-Americas. Previously, she was COO/CFO of Citi Infrastructure Investors, a private equity fund focused on global infrastructure investing.
