Nicole leads NEP’s Portfolio Operations and Advisory team, providing strategic guidance, resources and hands-on support to help our portfolio companies build high-performance scalable organizations - a key pillar of NEP’s value creation approach to building companies for enduring success. With deep experience in consulting, organization effectiveness , human resources, and executive leadership, Nicole has played a pivotal role in shaping growth and scalability strategies across a diverse range of industries. Before joining NEP, she co-founded River Rock Partners, a management consulting firm, and served as Head of Human Resources at CNS (Breathe Right®).
