Nicole leads NEP’s Portfolio Operations and Advisory team and provides strategic guidance and support to help our portfolio companies build high-performance scalable organizations. She also provides internal operations leadership across several functions and governance committees. Nicole plays a pivotal role in shaping growth and scalability strategies across a diverse range of industries. Before joining NEP, she co-founded River Rock Partners, a management consulting firm, and served as Head of Human Resources at CNS (Breathe Right®).
