As CEO and managing partner, Tim provides strategic leadership for the firm, funds, and portfolio value creation. He actively leads new investments and portfolio company strategy and governance and is a member of our investment committee. Prior to NEP, Tim worked at Churchill Companies where he led the real estate, industrial, and financial services investment strategies.
